Human Resources Coordinator

Role Overview:

Were looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Central HRIS team which supports Backend HR operations for a 3 to 6-month internship. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR Analytics.

The role will involve offer rollout support, data gathering and reporting, coordination for system implementation, and daytoday operational assistance. The intern should be detailoriented, comfortable working with Excel and HR systems, and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Hands on experience on Excel, PowerPoint and exposure to tools like co-pilot and other AI tools
• Knowledge of Advanced Ms Excel like Vlookup, Pivots, charts and more
• Good presentation and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A team player with a learning mindset and interest in HR Operations and Analytics

Qualifications:

• Anyone pursuing Graduation or Postgraduate in any stream with interest in MIS, HR Operations and support
• Prior experience in MIS reports is preferred
