Role: HR Coordinator - Internship

Location: Gurgaon

Duration: 3 Months

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. At Coding Ninjas, our people are our greatest asset. You won't just be "observing"youll be in the drivers seat of the employee lifecycle, from spotting the next top-tier developer to ensuring our internal culture remains world-class.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Draft and post engaging job descriptions across various platforms.
  • Screen resumes to find the perfect "culture fit" and technical match.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Roll out the red carpet for new hires by assisting with seamless onboarding.


Employee Engagement & Feedback:

  • Brainstorm and execute fun engagement activities to keep the team spirit high.
  • Actively gather feedback and assist in addressing employee queries or concerns.
  • Be the bridge between the employees and the HR leadership.


Performance Management & Operations:

  • PMS Tracking: Ensure managers are having meaningful 1:1 discussions during Performance Management Cycles.
  • Maintain trackers and databases to ensure no conversation or feedback loop is missed.
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.


Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Tech, Marketing, and Sales teams to understand their hiring and operational needs.
  • Assist in special HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Highly Organized: You can juggle 10 interview schedules and an engagement event without breaking a sweat.
  • Proactive: You don't wait for instructions; you see a gap and fill it.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and open to learning Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
