Role & Responsibilities : Human Resources Coordinator & Office Administrator
- Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes including interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Support onboarding and exit formalities for employees, freelancers, and project staff.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, HR documents, and databases.
- Manage attendance, leaves, WFH , Compoffs etc.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, reimbursements, and HR data with the finance team.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and concerns.
- Manage onboarding & HR documentation
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and internal communication
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and consultants
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, basic compliance, and documentation requirements.
- Support performance reviews, confirmations, and HR-related processes
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations
- Coordinate with office vendors for supplies, housekeeping, IT, and maintenance
- Handle office inventory, assets, and consumables tracking
- Manage vendor bills, invoices, renewals, and admin documentation
- Support travel bookings, logistics, and accommodation when required
- Manage front-desk coordination, visitors, couriers, and meeting room bookings
