Role & Responsibilities : Human Resources Coordinator & Office Administrator

• Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes including interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Support onboarding and exit formalities for employees, freelancers, and project staff.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, HR documents, and databases.
• Manage attendance, leaves, WFH , Compoffs etc.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, reimbursements, and HR data with the finance team.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and concerns.
• Manage onboarding & HR documentation
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and internal communication
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and consultants
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, basic compliance, and documentation requirements.
• Support performance reviews, confirmations, and HR-related processes
• Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations
• Coordinate with office vendors for supplies, housekeeping, IT, and maintenance
• Handle office inventory, assets, and consumables tracking
• Manage vendor bills, invoices, renewals, and admin documentation
• Support travel bookings, logistics, and accommodation when required
• Manage front-desk coordination, visitors, couriers, and meeting room bookings
