Job Description
- Amendment of Shop and Establishment.
- Display of Abstract and Notices, handling inspections under various Acts, Conducting Audits, assisting in implementation/changes in HR policies, submission of all applicable returns under various acts.
- Maintenance of Attendance records, leave records, maintenance of registers pertaining to applicable act.
- Liaised with insurance vendor & TPA for Group Mediclaim policy, Group Accidental policy, Employee Endorsement.
- Work closely with HR teams to assist in improving and assuring adherence to processes, policies and legislation.
- Updating and maintaining all Statutory records.
- Liaising with statutory bodies. Compliance of statutory obligations under Payment of Wages Act & ESIC
Responsible for all compliances under various Statutory Acts for employees - Factories Act, PF, ESI, Profession Tax, EPF etc.
