About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will manage the complete employee lifecyclefrom hiring to exitfor our Ajmer and Jaipur locations. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in employee relations and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timelines
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new joiners
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances
- Handle payroll coordination and support related queries
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and management
- Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters effectively
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Support performance management processes and feedback cycles
Exit Management
- Manage end-to-end exit process including resignations, exit interviews, documentation, and final settlements
- Analyze attrition trends and suggest retention strategies

Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant HRBP or Generalist experience
- Experience managing HR operations for multi-location teams is a plus
