• Qualification Graduate / MBA in Human Resources or related field

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive people initiatives.

• Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders on HR strategy, workforce planning, and people initiatives
• Manage recruitment planning, onboarding, and talent retention
• Drive performance management and employee lifecycle processes
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure statutory compliance and smooth HR operations
• Support culture building, change management, and DEI initiatives
• Eligibility Criteria Experience: 38 years (HRBP / HR Generalist experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
