Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities-
Exit Formalities (Have they ever completed exit formalities)
Induction (have they give or shown an indication before)
Compliance (They should be aware about compliance)
Grievance (They should be aware about grievance)
Posh Policies (Prevention of sexual harassment - Have they handled such cases before)
Employee Engagement activities (Eg - Fun Friday, Game, sports etc... )
24/7 for international / Day shift for domestic
Salary - Upto 5lpa
Domestic - 6 Days Working (1 Rotational week offs
International - 5 Days Working (2 Rotational week offs)
