Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and provide HR strategies that support workforce planning, talent development, and business growth.

Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and driving engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.

Performance & Talent Management: Lead the performance review process, identify skill gaps, and support leadership in succession planning, career development, and capability building.

Policy Implementation & Compliance: Ensure HR policies are implemented consistently while maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal standards.

Change Management Support: Guide teams through organizational changessuch as restructuring, policy updates, or cultural transformationsby providing communication, support, and training.

DataDriven HR Insights: Analyze HR metrics (attrition, performance trends, hiring needs) and provide actionable insights to leadership for decisionmaking.

Qualification:

MBA - HR


Experience:

7 to 10 Years
