Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, induction, transfers, and exit formalities.
Handle HR documentation, HRMS updates, payroll inputs, and compliance.
Ensure seamless employee experience by addressing HR-related queries.
Maintain HR data, reports, and dashboards for audits and decision-making.
Coordinate with finance, admin, and other teams for smooth process execution.
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency
