Experience: 35 Years (in HRBP role with Sales/Marketing workforce)

Qualification: MBA in HR, Engineering background preferred

About the Role

As Manager HRBP, you will act as a strategic partner with the Sales & Marketing team , managing the complete HR lifecycle from Talent Acquisition to Employee Engagement & Retention . This role is critical in building organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and driving HR strategies aligned with business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Leadership on workforce planning, succession planning & capability building .
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment within defined timelines.
  • Implement and optimize sales incentive policies, rewards & recognition programs .
  • Drive employee engagement & HR Connects across geographies.
  • Resolve employee relations issues, conflicts & disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor and improve training & development effectiveness .
  • Maintain HR analytics, dashboards & sales policy benchmarking .
  • Lead initiatives for Diversity & Inclusion, performance management & compensation .
