Job Description
- Manage end to end recruitment and selection process of Technical & Non-Technical hiring parse Real Estate sector.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, induction, engagement, performance management, and exits.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Managed HR interventions aligned to business and HR strategy, to drive long-term performance, including effective organizational design, talent, and succession.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Complete On-boarding Life cycle till exit.
- Support organizational change initiatives and culture-building programs.
Requirements and skills:
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Deadline driven.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail.
- Real Estate Industry exposure is must.
