Job Title: HRMS / HR Business Partner

Experience: 410 Years

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HRMS / HR Business Partner to manage end-to-end HR

operations, partner with business leaders, drive performance management systems, and support

talent acquisition initiatives. The role requires strong HR process knowledge, stakeholder

management, and system-driven HR execution.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations: Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle

management, HR documentation, policy implementation, compliance, and HR audits.

HR Business Partnering (HRBP): Partner with business leaders to understand workforce

needs, provide HR advisory, support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and

change management initiatives.

Performance Management: Drive performance appraisal processes including goal setting,

mid-year and annual reviews, 360-degree feedback implementation, performance calibration,

and improvement plans.

360-Degree Feedback: Design, administer, and analyze 360-degree feedback programs;

provide insights and recommendations to leadership and employees.

Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning, support

recruitment strategies, interview processes, offer management, and onboarding.

HRMS Management: Manage and optimize HRMS systems for employee data, performance,

reporting, and analytics; ensure data accuracy and process automation.

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage grievance handling, and ensure a

positive employee experience.

Reporting & Analytics: Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and provide actionable insights

to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

410 years of experience in HR Operations, HRBP, HRMS, or related roles

Strong knowledge of HR processes, performance management, and talent acquisition

Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and HR analytics

Experience in managing 360-degree feedback and appraisal cycles

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate cross-functionall
