Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will be responsible for driving employee experience, performance management, talent review, and career development initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with Centers of Excellence (CoE) and Shared Services teams to deliver effective people solutions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and business stakeholders
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs
• Lead talent management initiatives , including talent review and succession planning
• Manage performance appraisal processes and career development discussions
• Provide guidance on performance issues, conflict management, and disciplinary actions
• Manage bench employees and Performance Improvement Programs (PIP)
• Analyze HR metrics to improve performance, engagement, and retention
• Support people integration and employee transfers during organizational changes
• Build and maintain internal and external mentorship networks
• Partner with leadership teams to enable effective decision-making and workforce planning

Required Skills & Experience

• 36 years of experience as HRBP / HR Operations / HR Generalist in IT consulting industry
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations
• Experience handling bench management and PIP cases
• Hands-on experience in workforce administration and HR processes
• Strong ability to multitask and manage high-volume workloads
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in cross-cultural internal environments
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office tools
