Role Overview:
Inspira Enterprise is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner Middle East to support its fast-growing cybersecurity business Middle East regions. This role requires deep expertise in HR compliance, labour laws, and employee lifecycle management while partnering closely with business leaders to drive people strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Partner with Middle East business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support leadership in change management initiatives within the region.
Compliance & Labour Law (Core Focus)
- Ensure end-to-end compliance with Middle East labour laws (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait as applicable).
- Manage employment contracts, local policies, employee handbooks, and HR governance frameworks.
- Handle audits, compliance reporting, and coordination with legal advisors and PROs.
- Oversee visa, work permits, onboarding compliance, and employee exits in accordance with local regulations.
- Stay updated on evolving labour laws and proactively advise leadership on risk mitigation.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Handle employee relations cases, grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Guide managers on performance management, PIPs, and employee engagement practices.
- Drive fair, compliant, and culturally sensitive HR practices across the region.
Talent & Workforce Management
- Drive onboarding, probation confirmation, promotions, transfers, and exits.
HR Operations & Analytics
- Oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS accuracy for ME region.
- Track key HR metrics and provide insights to leadership.
- Ensure SOPs and processes meet both global and local compliance standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Middle East labour laws & compliance (mandatory).
- Experience supporting GCC countries in an IT / Tech / Cybersecurity environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- High attention to detail with a risk and compliance mindset.
- Strong communication skills with cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple geographies.
Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- Proven experience as HRBP or Senior HR Manager handling Middle East region.
- Experience working with distributed, multicultural teams.
