Location: Bengaluru, KA.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business head to understand their strategic objectives and provide proactive HR support
• Assist in driving key HR initiatives such as workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, talent reviews, and succession planning
• Act as a POC for employee relations, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions
• Support change management initiatives and help foster a culture of continuous improvement and agility
• Ensure HR practices are compliant with local labor laws and company standards
• Work closely with the central HR team (e.g., Talent Acquisition, L&D, Payroll) to deliver integrated HR solutions
• Contribute to HR projects that enhance employee experience and drive business performance

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree or HR certification is a plus
• 2-5 years of HRBP experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
• Analytical mindset, with experience using HR data and metrics to guide decision-making
