Location: Bengaluru, KA.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business head to understand their strategic objectives and provide proactive HR support
- Assist in driving key HR initiatives such as workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, talent reviews, and succession planning
- Act as a POC for employee relations, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions
- Support change management initiatives and help foster a culture of continuous improvement and agility
- Ensure HR practices are compliant with local labor laws and company standards
- Work closely with the central HR team (e.g., Talent Acquisition, L&D, Payroll) to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Contribute to HR projects that enhance employee experience and drive business performance

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree or HR certification is a plus
- 2-5 years of HRBP experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Analytical mindset, with experience using HR data and metrics to guide decision-making
