Job Description

Job Title : HR Business Partner


Location : Bangalore


Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled HR Business Partner who will also have a strong focus on HR Business Partnering.


Key Responsibilities :


HR Business Partnering :

  • Work closely with business units to understand their human resources needs and support the execution of HR strategies.
  • Provide guidance on employee development, retention strategies, and workforce planning to drive business success.
  • Manage and support performance management processes, providing insights into employee development and potential training needs.


MIS Reporting & Data Analytics :

  • Develop and maintain HR-related dashboards and reports, including training metrics, employee engagement, turnover rates, and other KPIs to track HR and L&D effectiveness.
  • Use data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improving HR processes and learning outcomes.


Employee Engagement & Organizational Development :

  • Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of organizational development strategies, focusing on leadership development, employee retention, and succession planning.
  • Promote a continuous learning culture by encouraging employees to participate in training programs and career development opportunities.


Stakeholder Management :

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, talent acquisition, and senior management, to align HR and learning strategies with organizational objectives.



Required Qualifications :

  • Post Graduate degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 7-9 years in HR Business Partner role, with a solid understanding of business functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modelling, macros, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
