Job Description
The HR Manager for the Jaipur Operations unit will establish and manage the HR function for the new setup. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, smooth onboarding, employee policy guidance, and engagement initiatives to build a strong workplace culture from inception. The role requires a hands-on HR professional capable of independently managing all HR processes locally while collaborating closely with HO HR teams.
Key Responsibilities
A. Talent Acquisition (Major Responsibility Area)
Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Jaipur location across operations roles.
Understand manpower requirements, create job descriptions, and align with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, referrals, and local networks.
Conduct screening, schedule interviews, manage assessments, and support hiring decisions.
Coordinate offer rollouts and support pre-joining checks and maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure TAT adherence.
B. Onboarding & Induction Support
Ensure a seamless joining experience through coordination of documentation, ID/access creation, and induction, aligned with established onboarding processes.
Conduct local welcome/orientation sessions for new joiners.
Partner with central HRSS for employee code creation, document verification, and digital onboarding steps.
Facilitate desk readiness, IT access, and introductions with functional teams.
Capture joining feedback and ensure compliance with joiner SOPs
C. HR Policy Guidance & Compliance
Act as the policy custodian at the Jaipur site.
Guide employees on HR policies, code of conduct, POSH, leave policy, attendance norms, travel policy, etc.
Ensure adherence to company policies and escalate exceptions to HO HR.
Maintain updated employee records and ensure compliance documentation is complete.
D. Employee Experience & Engagement
Plan and execute engagement activities, R&R initiatives, festival celebrations, and team initiatives aligned with corporate programs
Serve as the HR point-of-contact for employees to address queries, grievances, and morale issues.
Partner with operations leadership to build a positive and productive culture.
E. HR Operations & Reporting
Maintain employee data, HRMS entries, and trackers.
Support payroll inputs, attendance validation, confirmation process, and exit formalities.
Create monthly HR MIS for recruitment, onboarding, employee issues, attrition, and engagement.
Coordinate with Corporate HRSS for centralized processes.
