Hiring: Senior Manager HR Business Partner | Indore

We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner (1422 years of experience) who can operate as a true strategic partner to business leaderssomeone who not only supports the business but actively influences decisions and drives organizational impact.

This role is ideal for a professional who understands business metrics, leads transformation initiatives, and builds strong leadership capability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive site-level governance on Employee Engagement & Retention
• Lead organizational design, culture, and performance transformation initiatives
• Coach and develop people managers to strengthen leadership capability
• Partner with senior stakeholders and HR CoEs to execute talent strategies
• Use data-driven insights to solve business challenges
• Formulate and implement HR policies and strategic initiatives across the site

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1422 years of core HRBP experience
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Proven expertise in change management and organizational scaling
• High business acumen with an analytical mindset
• Strong presentation and communication skills (PowerPoint proficiency required)
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-driven environment

Location: Indore

Qualification: MBA (HR) preferred
