About the Role:

Hexnode is seeking a dynamic and mature HR Business Partner to align people strategy with

across global and sales-focused business units. This is a strategic role, requiring high energy,

Responsibilities:

Partner closely with business leaders across functions and geographies

Lead the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals

Drive talent management, performance engagement, and leadership development programs

Facilitate roundtables, close-loop feedback initiatives, and organizational design projects

Build strong relationships with sales teams and support their dynamic needs

Requirements and Qualifications:

810 years of HRBP experience in matrixed, global environments

Experience partnering with sales teams is a strong plus

Demonstrated ability to manage change, influence leadership, and deliver HR projects

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident, proactive, and comfortable operating with minimal direction
