  • Job Title: HR Business Partner
  • Base Location: Mumbai, Malad (Mindspace)
  • Position Type: Full-time, in-office, 5 days a week
  • Industry Type: Healthcare


Role Mandate:


Own people's execution on the ground for assigned clinics.

Ensure grievance closure, SOP adherence, discipline, and support for retention.

Core Responsibilities:


Employee Lifecycle Execution

  • Execute onboarding at the clinic level, OJT, and training coordination.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and shift adherence
  • Coordinate payroll inputs; ensure LOP accuracy
  • Support transfers, confirmations, promotions
  • Manage exits and F&F coordination


Grievance & Employee Relations

  • First owner of clinic employee grievances
  • Investigate, document, and close issues within TAT
  • Handle behavioural and performance-linked cases


SOP & Process Adherence

  • Implement HR SOPs, policies, and templates on the ground
  • Ensure clinic-level compliance without exceptions
  • Identify process gaps and recommend SOP improvements
  • Prevent manual workarounds and bypasses


Retention & Performance Support

  • Track early attrition and performance red flags
  • Intervene proactively with clinic managers and employees
  • Stabilise clinics during team disruption


Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Clinic Managers
  • Drive manager accountability on people processes
  • Act as a single HR point of contact for clinics


Candidate Profile (Non-Negotiable):


  • 6 to 8+ years HR experience
  • Strong exposure to ER, grievances, HR ops execution
  • Experience in healthcare, retail, or frontline-heavy setups
  • Hands-on, comfortable visiting clinics
  • Able to balance employee empathy with business needs
  • Must be travel-ready (Pan-India)


Success Indicators:


  • Grievances closed early and cleanly
  • Clinics compliant with SOPs
  • Reduced people escalations
  • Stable clinic teams with lower attrition
