Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Drive employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives.

Act as a trusted advisor on people matters and workforce planning.

Handle employee relations with empathy and integrity.

Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

What Were Looking For:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (or equivalent Full Time).

3 to 5 years of experience in an HRBP role.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

Passion for creating a positive, high-performing work culture.
