Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role

This position involves managing HR operations and driving employee engagement initiatives while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of HRBP activities for Panchkula location
• 8+ Years of experience.
• Act as a point HR leader for the office
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture building & retention strategies
• Manage end-to-end hiring: workforce planning, interviews, offers & onboarding
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
• Handle performance management, goal setting, reviews & feedback cycles
• Address employee concerns, grievance handling & conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes & labor laws
• Support leadership with people insights, data & recommendations
• Plan and execute engagement events, town halls & team initiatives
• Mentor junior HR members and build a strong HR presence on-ground

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (B.Tech) or MBA in Human Resources (HR) or a related field
