Human Resources Business Partner

Qualifications:

Masters degree in HR.

810 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology organization.

Mandatory: Experience working with US HR processes (payroll basics, benefits, 401(k), US compliance & employee documentation).

Minimum 35 years in a strategic HRBP or senior HR generalist role.

Strong understanding of US Federal labor laws, Indian labor laws, and state-specific regulations. Excellent Excel (VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering) and PowerPoint skills.

Strong analytical and HRIS/ATS experience (preferably SaaS HR tools).

Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing background checks and reference checks for senior-level (CXO) roles.

Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced, global environments.
