Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to understand the business goals, challenges, and strategies.
  • Understand best practices / policies in the industry and their impact on business.
  • Assist with change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformations.
  • Lead the annual manpower planning process by collaborating with business leaders and department heads to understand manpower needs & closure of the number for the financial year.
  • Partner with SME for effective HR service delivery
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide reports on employee trends, attrition, and other key performance indicators.
  • Use data-driven insights to propose HR strategies and effective decision-making.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the achievement of business goals.


Qualifications


  • MBA in HR
  • 10+ years of experience in HR or related field
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
