We are looking for a commercially sharp, business-aligned HRBP to partner closely with leadership and drive org effectiveness. This is not a transactional HR role.You will work directly with founders and functional leaders to build a high-performance, accountable, and growth-driven organization.
Core Responsibilities
1 Performance & Org Design
Partner with business heads on org structure design
Build performance management frameworks
Drive goal setting & review cadences
Identify performance gaps and build corrective plans
Coach managers on difficult conversations
2 Leadership & Founder Partnering
Act as a thought partner to founders on people strategy
Surface cultural or performance risks early
Improve leadership effectiveness
Drive clarity in roles and accountability
3 Talent & Succession Strategy
Identify high-potential talent
Drive internal mobility & leadership pipeline
Improve retention in critical roles
4 Culture & Governance
Strengthen feedback culture
Handle complex employee issues
Ensure compliance without becoming bureaucratic
Maintain high trust environment
5 Data-Driven HR
Track attrition, performance metrics, engagement
Identify workforce trends
Build simple, sharp dashboards
