What Youll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent, organization design, and people strategy.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior HRBPs shaping the next generation of HR leaders.
• Drive key initiatives across employee engagement, capability building, and performance enhancement.
• Partner with leadership on talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce analytics.
• Champion cultural alignment and leadership effectiveness across business units.

What Were Looking For

• MBA in HR (full-time from a reputed institute).
• 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience in digital, cloud, or tech services environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills clear, confident, and influential.
• Proven record of managing HR operations hands-on in agile and growing setups.
• A people-first attitude with strong business acumen and execution excellence.
