Job Description

HR Manager

Hyderabad, India

Full-Time


This role will be based in our Hyderabad office.


Responsibilities:

Drive Human Resources agenda for the region from talent attraction to compensation and benefits, learning & development to talent management

In collaboration with the senior stakeholders formulate and drive an employee engagement strategy

Responsible for effective execution of annual performance and compensation review process for employees in the region

Plan and coordinate the renewal and administration of all benefit plans. Ensure market competitive offering and the most efficient use of resources

Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, institutes and other external partners

Drive communication strategies and activities designed to educate and inform employees about HR initiatives

Proactively recommend and drive process and system improvements. Effectively navigate obstacles, develop alternative solutions and enable long-term outcomes

Own employee retention, present data, findings, and recommendations to executive team. Manage an active employee dashboard for quick insights

Own local HR policies incl. Employee Handbook, employee onboarding and offboarding process, ensure compliance with regional regulations

Collaborate with key stakeholders including Finance, Payroll, corporate HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), Legal, and vendors

Be a credible partner who effectively and proactively outlines issues, gains buy-in and executes solutions

Navigate between being a regional leader and an individual contributor depending on the needs of the organization

Reinforce the client Mission, Vision and Core Values throughout the company


Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related field

8+ years of progressive HR experience

Strong expertise in the HR body of knowledge. Extended (5+ years) Talent Acquisition experience is a plus

Knowledge of country specific regulatory and legislative landscape

Experience leading HR serving R&D teams in global organizations

Strong business acumen, analytical and qualitative skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities, good business judgment and strong customer focus

Great communicator and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with lots of infrastructure to build and processes to create and streamline

Solid strategic planning and operational implementation skills

Growth mindset willing to fearlessly tackle new tasks and responsibilities
