About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to manage Sales & Marketing functions. This role will act as a strategic liaison between HR and commercial teams, driving talent acquisition, performance management, engagement, and HR digitization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Sales & Marketing hiring and workforce planning.
• Drive performance review cycles, incentive programs, and closures.
• Coordinate sales training programs and track effectiveness.
• Implement HR digitization initiatives and leverage AI tools for HR analytics.
• Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for leadership reviews.
• Foster employee engagement and resolve team-specific challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MBA in HR from a reputed institute (Full-time).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR business partnering with strong exposure to Sales hiring and HR operations.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot) and HRMS platforms.
• Language: Hindi speaking mandatory; English proficiency required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
