Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills

Hands-on exposure to Talent Development & Learning initiatives

Understanding of AI tools to support HR digitization and automation

Ability to drive HR processes with efficiency and innovation

Exposure to HR analytics will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Support Talent Development programs and leadership capability building

Drive HR digitization and automation initiatives

Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business priorities

Enhance employee experience through structured interventions

Contribute to HR analytics, dashboards, and digital process improvements
