Ashley GCC is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Bangalore location. This role is a strategic partner to business leaders and managers, driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and foster success.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Strategy & Business Alignment Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Employee Relations & Performance Management Provide guidance on employee relations and performance improvement.
• Engagement & Retention Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Change Management & Organizational Development Support transformation initiatives and organizational growth.
• Policy & Compliance Ensure adherence to HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
• HR Data & Reporting Leverage analytics to drive insights and decision-making.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 610 years of proven HRBP or similar HR experience.
