1. Strategic Partnership : Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals
2. Employee Relations : Improve employee engagement and resolve workplace issues to foster a positive work environment
3. Talent Management : Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
4. Performance Management : Implement performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance
5. Change Management : Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and support to employees and leaders
6. Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements
7. HR Metrics and Analytics : Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and make informed decisions.
