Role Overview

The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders and managers to align HR strategies with business objectives. The role focuses on talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and providing proactive HR support in a fast-paced IT environment.


Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective HR solutions

Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development

Drive end-to-end talent management initiatives including workforce planning, succession planning, and career development

Support performance management cycles, goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews

Manage employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for manpower planning and timely hiring

Drive employee engagement initiatives and action plans based on survey results

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices

Support change management initiatives such as restructuring, role changes, and process improvements

Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making


Required Skills and Competencies

Strong understanding of HRBP model and HR processes in an IT environment

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Sound knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and empathy

Data-driven mindset with experience using HR metrics and dashboards

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic organization


Qualifications

MBA / Masters in HR or equivalent qualification

35 years of relevant HR experience in an IT or technology-driven organization

Immediate joiner or candidates with short notice period preferred
