Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Associate, located in Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include assisting in HR management, supporting HR operations,HIring, implementing training and development programs, and ensuring effective internal communication. The role requires ensuring compliance with company policies, managing employee records, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations
• Experience inHIring, Training and Development, including designing and delivering employee training programs
• Excellent Communication skills for fostering collaboration and addressing employee concerns
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with HR tools/software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
