Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Associate, based in Chennai. The HR Associate will oversee and manage HR operations, support training and development programs, and assist in implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals. Other tasks include facilitating communication between teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and basic compliance. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, people-focused, and comfortable handling day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end hiring for junior to mid-level roles
- Coordinate interviews and offer rollouts
- Handle onboarding and employee documentation
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HRMS data
- Support attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
- Issue HR letters (offer, confirmation, experience, etc.)
Employee Engagement & Support
- Act as point of contact for employee queries
- Support engagement activities and internal communications
Compliance & Policies
- Assist with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws basic level)
- Ensure HR policies are followed and documented
Performance & Learning Support
- Assist appraisal cycles and training coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (MBA HR preferred)
- 23 years experience in HR operations/recruitment/generalist role
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of payroll and compliance
- Comfortable with MS Excel & HR tools
- Organized, approachable, and detail-oriented
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience in IT/Corporate environment
- Exposure to employee engagement initiatives
- HRMS software experience
