We are looking for a dynamic and detail-orientedHuman Resources Associateto support HR operations across client engagements. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in HR consulting.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Support recruitment processes (sourcing, scheduling interviews, coordination)
• Assist in onboarding and employee lifecycle management
• Respond to employee queries and coordinate with client teams
• Support policy documentation, HR MIS, and compliance tracking
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and trackers using Excel
• Assist in implementation of HR strategies and process improvements

• Graduate (BBA / BMS / B.Com / Any Graduate) Freshers may apply
• Basic understanding of HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Comfortable using AI tools for documentation and process support
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

• Exposure to multi-client HR consulting assignments
