Profile: HR Associate
Location: BKC Mumbai
Qualification: Postgraduate / MBA in Human Resource Management from a recognized Indian / Foreign University / Institute
Budget: As per Interview and Experience.
JOB DISCRIPTION:
SCOPE OF WORK
The HR Associate will be responsible for the following:
- Carrying out day-to-day operations pertaining to HR activities of the firm
- Assist in recruiting, training and management of personnel.
- Assist in implementation of modern / best HR practices
- Assist in carrying out training & Skill development activities.
- Preparation of Reports / MIS for Management
- Any other work, in the area of expertise and in the interest of the firm as advised by the firm from time-to-time.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resource Management with any public/private institution/company/organization.
- Experience in Banking and Financial services domain or exposure in Public sector Banks / FIs shall be preferred.
