Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Associate, based in Mumbai. The HR Associate will be involved in supporting daily HR operations, managing employee records, assisting in employee onboarding, and implementing HR policies. Responsibilities also include coordinating training and development programs, facilitating communication between employees and management, addressing HR-related inquiries, and contributing to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in HR Management, HR Operations, and general Human Resources tasks
• Experience with Training & Development processes
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in HR software and systems is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices is advantageous
