Dr. Paws is a chain of new-age veterinary clinics, headquartered in Bangalore. We aim to make visits to the vet, a friendly, homely, and comfortable experience. We do this by creating clinics with calming and welcoming interiors and providing extremely hospitable and caring services for pets and their parents. Our clinics have everything a pet parent would need under one roof (vet consults, grooming, pet retail, diagnostics, imaging, surgeries, etc.)

Location: Dr. Paws HQ Office- 46,Nandi Durga Road.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment and overall HR operations while ensuring smooth employee experience across all Dr. Paws clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates- you will be expected to create job postings, shortlist candidates, and proactively reach out to candidates outbound, across a range of hiring platforms.
• Building relationships with colleges & institutes - you will be expected to visit campuses and build relationships with management and co-ordinators in order to create talent pipelines for Dr. Paws
• Managing payroll & daily admin - You will be expected to run payroll, manage employee leave requests, and any other ad-hoc queries raised
• Onboarding employees - You will be expected to engage with employees and deliver a great employee experience in the period between accepting an offer and training being completed
• Managing interview processes - You will be expected to schedule interviews and communicate feedback to candidates
• Organising employee engagement activities - You will be expected to organise events, create feedback surveys, procure gifts etc. for employees.

Requirements:

• 01 year of HR experience (freshers with relevant internships may also apply).
• Strong interest and skills in hiring/recruitment (priority).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work across different clinic locations (travel required).
• Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
