Job Description

Key responsibilities of an HR Associate:
1.Talent Acquisition:

Identifying staffing needs
Developing recruitment strategies
Conducting interviews and selecting candidates
Onboarding new employees

2. Employee Relations:

Addressing employee concerns and grievances
Managing performance issues and disciplinary actions

3. Compensation and Benefits:

Administering payroll
Reviewing and updating compensation structures

4.Training and Development:

Designing and delivering training programs

5.Performance Management:

Setting performance expectations
Conducting performance reviews

6.Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations
Maintaining employee records

7.Administrative Work:

Overlooking office maintenance and requirements
Ticket and hotel booking and coordination for staff travel

Required skills and qualifications

One to two years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Familiarity with HR software

Preferred skills and qualifications

Bachelors degree/Master's degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
Understanding of national laws related to HR
