Job Description

Key responsibilities of an HR Associate:
1.Talent Acquisition:
  • Identifying staffing needs
  • Developing recruitment strategies
  • Conducting interviews and selecting candidates
  • Onboarding new employees

2. Employee Relations:
  • Addressing employee concerns and grievances
  • Managing performance issues and disciplinary actions

3. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administering payroll
  • Reviewing and updating compensation structures

4.Training and Development:
  • Designing and delivering training programs

5.Performance Management:
  • Setting performance expectations
  • Conducting performance reviews

6.Compliance:
  • Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations
  • Maintaining employee records

7.Administrative Work:
  • Overlooking office maintenance and requirements
  • Ticket and hotel booking and coordination for staff travel


Required skills and qualifications
  • One to two years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Familiarity with HR software

Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Bachelors degree/Master's degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
  • Understanding of national laws related to HR
