Job Description
1.Talent Acquisition:
- Identifying staffing needs
- Developing recruitment strategies
- Conducting interviews and selecting candidates
- Onboarding new employees
- Addressing employee concerns and grievances
- Managing performance issues and disciplinary actions
- Administering payroll
- Reviewing and updating compensation structures
- Designing and delivering training programs
- Setting performance expectations
- Conducting performance reviews
- Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations
- Maintaining employee records
- Overlooking office maintenance and requirements
- Ticket and hotel booking and coordination for staff travel
- One to two years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Familiarity with HR software
- Bachelors degree/Master's degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
- Understanding of national laws related to HR
