Human Resources Assistant

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Human Resources Assistant. The selected individual will assist in day-to-day HR operations, maintain HR records, and manage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Key responsibilities include supporting HR management, coordinating benefits administration, assisting with training programs, facilitating employee onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles, including HR management and policies
• Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and other relevant tools
• Experience in Benefits Administration
• Ability to assist in employee training and development programs
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a Human Resources role is advantageous
