Job Summary

Karo Trip Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated HR Assistant with 1+ year of experience in end-to-end recruitment . The role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR operations, along with direct mentoring from senior HR professionals in a structured work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination
• Support HR operations such as employee documentation, records management, and HR process support
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for hiring requirements and interview scheduling
• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR-related data
• Assist in day-to-day HR operational activities as required

Role Split

• 60% End-to-End Recruitment
• 40% HR Operations

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (mandatory)
• Strong interest in building a career in HR
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates currently based in Mumbai

Work Details

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Compensation: Open for discussion, based on experience
