Job Summary
Karo Trip Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated HR Assistant with 1+ year of experience in end-to-end recruitment . The role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR operations, along with direct mentoring from senior HR professionals in a structured work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination
- Support HR operations such as employee documentation, records management, and HR process support
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for hiring requirements and interview scheduling
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR-related data
- Assist in day-to-day HR operational activities as required
Role Split
- 60% End-to-End Recruitment
- 40% HR Operations
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (mandatory)
- Strong interest in building a career in HR
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates currently based in Mumbai
Work Details
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Compensation: Open for discussion, based on experience
