Role DescriptionInvigilate is seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedHuman Resources Assistant to support end-to-end HR operations. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to maintain accurate employee data while supporting multiple HR functions.
Candidates withonly recruitment experience arenot encouraged to apply, as this role demands broader HR operational exposure.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Manage and support HRIS activities including data entry, reporting, and system upkeep.
- Assist in benefits administration and support employee queries related to HR policies.
- Support recruitment processes (shortlisting, coordination, onboarding).
- Coordinate internal training programs and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in policy implementation and promote effective communication across the organisation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Strong understanding of Human Resources functions and HR management processes.
- Proficiency inHRIS tools for data management and reporting.
- Experience inbenefits administration and employee support.
- Ability to coordinatetraining and development initiatives.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in thetechnology, assessment, or testing solutions sector is an added advantage.
