This is a hybrid, full-time role for a Human Resources Executive based in Pune, with a combination of in-office work and work from home flexibility. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing and ensuring compliance with HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting various human resources processes. The role involves collaborating with teams to create a productive work environment while addressing employee needs effectively and assisting in various HR functions.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in HR Management, HR Operations, and associated processes
• Ability to handle Employee Relations and ensure a positive work culture
• Knowledge of developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in the renewable energy or manufacturing sector is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications or degrees in HR are advantageous
