Position: HR (Recruitment + HR Operations )

Experience: 23 Years

Location: Bhopal (Hybrid)

Shift : 10.00 am to 7.00 pm

Role Overview:

The HR professional with a finance background will manage end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting HR operations. The role requires proficiency in HRMS tools, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication capabilities. A blend of HR and financial understanding will be essential for ensuring accurate and compliant operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct candidate assessments including skill evaluations, behavioral interviews, and reference checks.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage HRMS for recruitment processes and employee data maintenance.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports using Excel.
  • Support HR operations with financial insights to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle statutory and organizational compliance requirements including labor laws, PF/ESI, minimum wages, bonus, gratuity, and state-specific regulations.
  • Ensure timely submission of compliance reports, filings, and audits as per legal standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and policy documentation aligned with compliance policies.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Finance background with hands-on HR/recruitment experience.
  • Practical experience with HRMS systems.
  • Strong Excel skills (reporting, data analysis, dashboards).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of statutory and compliance requirements.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • HR certifications (a plus).
  • Experience in employer branding initiatives.
  • Understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
