Human Resources Assistant (10-15k)

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal database.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.

Conduct initial HR screening calls.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining formalities.

Ensure smooth communication between client and candidate.
