Key Responsibilities:

Analyze workforce data related to recruitment, attendance, retention, and performance to generate actionable insights for leadership teams.
Build and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and data models to support data-driven decision-making.
Track and monitor key HR metrics such as hiring efficiency, employee turnover, engagement, and workforce planning.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify trends, improve HR processes, and support strategic talent management initiatives.
