Job Title: HR Data Analytics Specialist (HR Dashboards)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an HR Data Analytics Specialist with expertise in developing and optimizing HR Dashboards. You will design data visualizations, analyze HR metrics, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making in HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Dashboard Development: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau. Work with HR teams to ensure dashboards meet business needs and reflect real-time, accurate data.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HR data (e.g., recruitment, performance, turnover) and generate reports to provide insights into HR performance and trends.
• Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems and dashboards. Implement data governance best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with HR analytics trends, suggest process improvements, and train HR staff on using dashboards effectively.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in HR data analytics, with strong experience in dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Skills: Proficient in data analysis (Excel, SQL), HRIS systems, and data visualization. Familiarity with HR metrics (turnover, performance, engagement).
• Preferred: Knowledge of predictive analytics and HR-related AI solutions.
