Location: Noida (On-site)

We are looking for an experienced HR Talent Acquisition professional for US Staffing who has strong connections within the staffing ecosystem and can help scale our recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US staffing requirements
- Build strong relationships with Recruiters, BDMs, and Account Managers
- Source candidates for IT and Non-IT roles in the US market
- Handle job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
Requirements
- 210 years of experience in US Staffing / Talent Acquisition
- Strong network with recruiters, BDMs, and account managers
- Experience working with ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and job portals
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in UK Shift
