This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Administrator role based in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Administrator will manage day-to-day HR activities, including benefits administration, employee relations, and HR record-keeping. The individual will assist with ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws and contribute to managing the company's HR information systems (HRIS). Additionally, the role involves supporting organizational HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and addressing employee inquiries relating to HR policies.
- Proven knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Familiarity with Benefits Administration and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law, and experience with compliance matters
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive employee data
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous HR experience, particularly in fast-paced and dynamic environments, is a plus
