Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing and administering HR functions, including processing employee benefits, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Key responsibilities include administering Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), supporting recruitment and onboarding, coordinating employee training and development programs, and promoting workplace policies. The position requires proactive communication and collaboration with various departments to support a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions and HR Management practices
- Experience in Benefits Administration and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure full compliance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in an onsite team environment
- Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
